摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of persimmons having blackened epidermis, by taking out astringent persimmons immersed in a solution of ethanol at a proper concentration and temperature and preserving. CONSTITUTION:Astringent persimmons immersed in a solution of ethanol at 20-30% concentration and at <40 deg.C for 1-2 hours are taken out and preserved for 3-9 days.
