PURPOSE:To prevent generation of self-oscillation even when an input signal application terminal is opened by providing a resistor between the input signal application terminal and a complementary input signal application terminal of an input circuit of a frequency divider to cause a potential difference between the terminals when both the terminals are opened. CONSTITUTION:A power voltage 5V is applied to a power voltage application terminal 1. In such a case, when both an input signal application terminal 2 and a complementary input signal application terminal 3 are opened, an optional voltage is set between the terminals 2, 3 by a ratio of resistors R1-R3. The sum of the three resistors is set to nearly 50kohms and a current of several tens muA flows to an input circuit. The ratio of the resistors is set so that the level at the terminal 2 is higher than the level at the terminal 3 by 0.5V or so. Thus, the self-oscillation of the FF of a next stage is prevented. |
