GREASING AGENT FOR NATURAL LEATHER AND PRODUCTION METHOD

The process comprises synthesis of C18 natural fatty acid amidopolyamine at 170-180 degrees C under nitrogen, by reaction of stearic acid with triethylene tetramine (1/1.05-1/1.1 molar ratio) for 4 hr. The reaction water is removed, and then the prod. is agitated with C16-18 natural fatty acid diethanolamine preheated to 60-70 degrees C. After holding at 80 degrees C for 2 hr, the pH is corrected to 7-8.5 by glacial acetic acid. The product contains amidopolyamine 8-15 alkylolamide 3-8%, soya oil, pig tallow, and water.
