PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of cleaning of a mill container and to improve the handlability by allowing an opening part of a pipe for supplying hot water to face the upper part of the inclined mill container, and providing a filter which faces an opening of the upper face of an extraction container for containing coffee powder on the lower part. CONSTITUTION:When a heater 3 is conducted electrically, water in a water storage tank 2 is converted successively to hot water and ascends in a pipe 15 and the hot water is poured from a discharge port 16 into a mill container 10. The poured hot water flows down on the slant face in the container 10 since the mill container 10 is inclined and provided, passes through a powder filter 13 provided on the lower part of the outer peripheral wall and transmitted through a percolating ring 18 and dispersed, dripped down onto coffee powder in an extraction container 5, infiltrates into the coffee powder and an essence is extracted, and thereafter, filtered by a paper filter 19 and dripped down as a coffee liquid into a bottle 4 from an extraction hole 6 and stored. As for the inside surface of the mill container 10 and the powder filter 13, since hot water flows down, dregs of coffee powder adhering to each of them are washed off and it becomes unnecessary to execute cleaning. Accordingly, it is also unnecessary to attach/detach the main body and the mill container 10, and the handlability can be improved. |
