The invention concerns a test bench for testing railway motor vehicle disk brakes, engines or truck and trailers.The bench for testing railway motor vehicle disk brakes that are equipped with electrical machines, which generate a brake torque and controls the number of revolutions, consists of two DC electric motors. The electric motors are connected mechanically and electrically and are mounted on a platform that operates a driving wheel whose bearings are mounted on the same platform.
