PURPOSE:To effectively utilize industrial waste and provide inexpensive feed having high protein content and good preserving property by adding soluble produced as a by-product in the production of fish powder to bean curd lees produced as a by-product in the production of soybean curd. CONSTITUTION:Soluble produced as a by-product in the production of fish powder, etc., is added to bean curd lees produced as a by-product in the production of soybean curd the mixture is dried to produce the feed having high protein content. As a result, protein content of feed is raised and capable of providing nearly uniform protein content distribution by impregnating and retaining the liquid soluble into the bean curd lees in which fibrous substance is entangled and drying the mixture. Further, putrefaction is prevented and preservation can be improved and fatting phenomenon of breeding cattle by water can be prevented. |
