PURPOSE:To attain later callback even when immediate reply is disabled by allowing a radio telephone set to record and display a caller number in the arrival of an incoming call and informing reject of reply to the caller at a prescribed time delay or by a prescribed operation or at a prescribed time delay from a base station. CONSTITUTION:A radio telephone set 11 sets reject of reply by the operation of a prescribed button operation. The radio telephone set 11 rings a bell by an incoming call procedure 113, records a received call number to a prescribed storage area and displays the number onto a display device. Thus, the caller giving the call is confirmed. A base station 12 sends an interrupt signal to the radio telephone set 11 after lapse of a sufficient time for the number recording and confirmation of the caller for the reply by the time measurement started from the arrival of the call to stop the bell and uses a reply reject procedure 140 to allow an exchange 13 to inform the setting of reply rejection to the caller. The caller 14 receiving the notice sends a termination signal to the exchange 13 by off-hook and the exchange 13 sends the interrupt signal to the base station 12 to restore the base station 12 and restores itself. |
