<p>PURPOSE:To prevent effects from occurring on a hysteresis voltage with a simple circuit by connecting the output of a comparator to other circuits through PNP transistors. CONSTITUTION:Voltages are applied to the emitters of PNP transistors 10 and 11 which are connected to the output terminal of a comparator 6 so that the transistors are operated only when the output of the comparator 6 is L. In this way, a hysteresis voltage is not subject to the effects of other circuits when the output of the comparator 6 is H. When the output of the comparator 6 is L, the saturation resistance of the output is as low as several tens of OMEGA. Therefore, voltage change due to the base currents of the transistors 10a and 11 is less. Therefore, the hysteresis voltage is not subject to the effects of the other circuits. The base potentials of the output transistors become high at low temperature. Therefore, connection to the next stage becomes difficult. Then, base resistors 13 and 14 are inserted for the bases of the transistors 10 and 11. In this way, the base potentials of the transistors 10 and 11 rise up by the voltage drops at the resistors. Therefore, allowance is obtained in the range of the collector voltage, and the connection to the next stage can be ensured.</p> |
