<p>The automatic device for the rail blocking of portal cranes consists of a lever unit provided with a fixed tank and an eccentric tank, articulated by a joint piece on the upper side; this entire unit travels on sliding bars to block or unblock due to an electro-hydraulic elevator by means of a bistable mechanical device provided with guiding grooves for a detector which is pressed by an extension string.</p>
