<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the stable support and conveyance of a work part by interlocking each trolley unit, being supported and guided on rails, with a carriage made up of installing plural pieces of wheels in the lower part of a body, while distributing these trolley units in front and in the rear at the top side of the body, and forming a supporting part for the work part. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 1 has a symmetrical and longitudinal pair of wheels 3 in the lower part of a body 2, and it comes to be free of travel motion on a fixed route by rolling these wheels 3 on a traveling surface 4a of a symmetrical pair of rails 4. The body 2 installs a symmetrical pair of front position support parts 8 consisting of a receiving plate 6 and a longitudinal positioning member 7 are installed on a top face of the front of the body 2, while a symmetrical pair of rear position support parts 11 consisting of a receiving plate 9 and a rear end positioning member 10 are installed in the top face of the rear part. An underside of the body 2 is deformed to make it get sufficiently nearer to the traveling surface 4a and a recess-in part 12 to the lower part is formed in space between both support parts 8 and 11. Then, an upper guide rail 14 is installed in space between both rails 4, and a longitudinal pair of trolley units 20, 30 being supported and guided by this upper guide rail 14 is connected to the carriage 1.</p> |
