PURPOSE:To increase a processing speed and to attain highly accurate image processing by optically executing a part of calculation relation to image restoring processing while changing picture elements by random numbers, and using the same lens system as that used for photographing also for the restoring processing. CONSTITUTION:An estimated image displayed on an estimated image display device 1 is formed by a correcting lens system 2 and a photographing lens system 3 and the formed image formed by the lens systems 2, 3 is photographed and its image information is entered by an image input device 4. A simulated annealing computing circuit 20 compares the input image information entered by the device 4 with previously prepared deteriorated image information to find out their difference, and while changing the estimated image by random numbers based upon the difference found out, restores the image. Consequently, the restoring processing of the deteriorated image can be executed within a short time. |
