The invention relates to a prefabricated filtering embankment, designed for removing rainwater upstream of road or railways embankments. For consolidating embankments periodically exposed to water, this filter consists of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements, with a rectangular section and length suitable for manual handling, as well as of other reinforced concrete elements for anchoring and connecting to an I-shaped longitudinal section; this is thick at the ends and has a height smaller than half of the transversal section height of the other element mounted lengthwise, with which the filter is elevated and whose part ensures the water filtration, respectively whose stability is achieved by filling with rock boulders along the elevation.
