PURPOSE:To prevent missing of teaching and useless double teachings by assigning a flag indicating the finish of teaching for every working unit. CONSTITUTION:The data of inspection items and inspection references which are applied on a chip 4 held in a reel 3 are written into the data for every reel 3. When the writing is finished, a flag indicating the finish of teaching is automatically assigned, and the data are saved. Whether the flag is assigned or not is checked for all reels 3. For the data whose flag is not found, the first teaching is started again. After the above described steps are completed, land-size data are written into the individual chips 4 which is taken out of the reel 3. The flag is automatically assigned to the finished chip data, and the data are saved. The assignment of the flags is checked for all reels 3. For the data to which the flag is not assigned, the teaching is started again. By the same procesure, the steps are proceeded to 'division of inspection area' and 'teaching based on sampled board. |
