PURPOSE:To enable sintering at a lower temp. than the conventional temp. and to obtain porcelain having high insulation resistance and a low dielectric constant by using specified components. CONSTITUTION:This porcelain compsn. sinterable at a low temp. is composed of, by weight, 80 to <100% base and >0 to 20% Pb3O4. The base contains 40.0-70.0% (expressed in terms of SiO2) Si, 25.0-55.0% (expressed in terms of BaCO3) Ba, 2.0-10.0% (expressed in terms of Al2O3) Al, 1.0-3.0% (expressed in terms of B2O3) B, 0.3-3.0% (expressed in terms of Cr2O3) Cr and 0.3-3.0% (expressed in terms of CaCO3) Ca. |
