PURPOSE:To correctly detect the temperature of a pan body and prevent the overheating of the pan body by pressing the upper face of a sensor case to the back face of the pan body, and supporting the flange section of the pan body with a projection. CONSTITUTION:The flange section 12 of a pan body 11 is mounted on a projection 17 provided on a case main body 13, and the movement of the pan body 11 is restricted in its inner periphery. The height of the flange section 12 is set so that a gap is formed between the back face of the pan body 11 and a top plate 15, the gap is communicated to the outside, and the upper face of a sensor case 22 is protruded by about 4mm from the upper face of the top plate 15 when no pan body 11 is mounted. A temperature sensor 21 directly detects the temperature on the back face of the pan body 11, and the correct temperature of the pan body 11 can be detected without being affected by the heat effect of the top plate 15 because the back face of the pan body 11 is kept in no contact with the top plate 15. |
