PURPOSE:To make shock absorptivity, strain recoverability, and insulating property in a range from light to heavy load by a method wherein a backing material for woody flooring is a cellular material which is constructed of polyolefinic resin and an inorganic filler that is formed of uniformly minute closed cells. CONSTITUTION:Polyolefine resin (a) and inorganic filler (b) having average particle diameter of 0.05-15mu are mixed in composition ratio of a/(a+b)=0.25-0.70 and b/(a+b)=0.75-0.30. Surface-active agent is added to the admixture in a ratio of 0.1-5.0 part thereof by weight to 100 part of (a+b) by weight. Then inorganic polyolefine infilled cellular material formed of uniformly minute closed cells in cell sizes of 0.03-0.2mm is constructed and a backing material for woody flooring is manufactured therewith. Alkylsulfonic acidchlorine or the like having 8-22 numbers of carbon is used as surface-active agent and compressive residual strain of the cellular material is made to be 2.0% or below. |
