PURPOSE:To increase the processing speed of a drawing arithmetic unit by applying directly data to be written into a barrel shifter via a switch. CONSTITUTION:A register 2 holding input data and a barrel shifter 6 inputting the input data and the output of the register 2 at one time are provided. The shift value of the shifter 6 is written into a register 3 together with an arithme tic control signal which shows whether an operation should be carried out starting with the right or left block. Then the input data or the output of the register 2 is supplied as the registers or lower bit input of the shifter 6. As a result, the registers can be decreased by one stage and the drawing data can be computed at a high speed. |
