PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition having a low dielectric constant, excellent adhesivity to laminates, excellent bleeding resistance, etc., and suitable for the circuit boards of electric equipments, etc., by compounding the prepolymer of triallyl isocyanurate and/or triallylcyanurate, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprises polyphenylene oxide [e.g. poly(2,6- dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)], the prepolymer of triallylisocyanurate and/or triallylcyanurate, a crosslinking polymer, a crosslinking monomer and, if necessary, a flame retardant or a mixture thereof with flame retardant auxiliary. The composition is formed into a sheet and/or a prepreg and subsequently laminated to a metal foil to form a laminate, which is, if necessary, further formed into a multi-layered laminate. |
