PURPOSE:To prevent completely an urethane foam-molded product from damaging at the time of mold release, by a method wherein foam molding is performed after strippable paint is applied beforehand to a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:After strippable paint 2 is applied beforehand to a molding tool 1, foam molding is performed. In this instance, the strippable paint 2 applied to the molding tool 1 becomes a film which is thin and easily peelable from the tool 1 and prevents urethane resin from coming into contact with the tool 1. Therefore, an urethane foam-molded product in a complicated form can be manufactured at a low cost and by simple operation without being broken at the time of mold release. |
