The invention relates to a projectile comprising a plastic cap (1) in the upper part and, in the lower part, a projectile body (2) connected to the said cap and having an annular guide band (9) made of plastic. According to the invention, the projectile body (2) has a band groove (4), into which opens at least one connecting channel (6, 8), the other end of which opens out in the upper part of the said body; the component material of the cap (1) is extended at the lower end into the connecting channels (6, 8) as far as the annular guide band (9), in order to form a one-piece plastic assembly including the cap (1) and the annular band (9), the said assembly resulting from injection-moulding onto the projectile body (2), in such a way that the cap (1) is directly connected to the annular guide band (9) by means of the material filling the connecting channels (6). The invention is used for producing a semi-plastic training projectile at low manufacturing cost. <IMAGE>
