The invention relates to a screen allowing the control of a luminous flux. This screen is advantageously made up of a length (strip, width) of material prepared so that it can be easily suspended, and pleated so that it can be folded concertina style. In those surfaces (planes) of the strip which overlap, new surfaces are made by means of one or more cuts and one or more folds, these new surfaces being adjustable by virtue of one or more flexible long members (30, 31, 33) which control the opening of the curtain. By varying the orientation of these surfaces with respect to those from which they were cut out originally, apertures are formed. This or these flexible long member(s) (30, 31, 33) are attached to the bottom of the curtain and also allow the curtain to be open or closed. <IMAGE>
