PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the preparation of a cutter, reduce the number of parts, simplify mechanism prior to wire winding, increase design freedom, and reduce manhour, by cutting a wire with a cutting edge in the process wherein a moving body travels from a first position to a second position and retains the wire. CONSTITUTION:A wire W is inserted into a slit part 36 of a columunar part 34 and releasably retained, which part 36 is set at an opening position A and formed on a moving body 32 of a wire retaining equipment 30. From this state, a revolving shaft 35 of the moving body 32 is revolved by a revolving part 37, and the slit part 36 is positioned from the opening position A to a closing position B. In this case, the wire W is cut by a cutting edge 39 in the revolving process to the closing position B. At the time of cutting, the slit part 36 is situated at the closing position B, so that the wire W is pinched by a plane part 38 of the columnar part 34 and a recessed part 33 of a fixed body 31. Since the wire W is pinched while being cut, retaining is finished in a short time. |
