<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paste suitable for printing to a green sheet to form a conductor pattern having uniform thickness and stable electrical properties by compounding a solvent with three or more specific kinds of mixed metal fine powders having different particle sizes. CONSTITUTION:The objective paste for forming a conductor pattern 5 by printing to a green sheet 1 is produced by compounding fine metal powder 5b consisting of a mixture of >=3 kinds of metal powders having different particle diameters to a solvent 5a. Since the fine metal powder is densely included in the metal paste, the void formed between the fine metal powder is decreased, the evaporation of solvent existing between the fine powders is suppressed and the variations of viscosity and thixotropy index can be decreased.</p> |
