PURPOSE:To obtain a dropwise condensation preventing material having excellent light resistance and shape retaining property and usable as a wall material, etc., by impregnating a specific material having high absorption and humidity into a porous fiber substrate and then drying the impregnated fiber substrate. CONSTITUTION:The aimed preventing material obtained by impregnating a material having high absorption and humidity in which a metal ion is contained as colloid in a polar high polymer into a porous fiber substrate (nonwoven fabric, preferably using inorganic fiber, polyacrylic fiber, polyfral fiber, flame retardant polyester fiber, etc.) and then drying the impregnated fiber substrate. |
