The invention consists of a face-milling cutter with adjustable teeth, equipped with replaceable plates, brazed with extra-hard splintering pieces.The milling cutter is made up of a ring-shaped frame with bearings on the edges in which adjustable teeth equipped with splintering plates are mounted.Each tooth of the milling cutter is provided with a transversal bearing in which a carrier box slides which can be adjusted in the transversal plane by a screw with positioning collar, carrying a plate brazed with a splintering piece, for instance an extra-hard one.
