发明名称 METHANOL REFORMATION SYSTEM FOR FUSED CARBONATE TYPE FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a simple structure of high efficiency using anode exhaust gas by obtaining heat energy necessary for reformation action and heat energy for preheating reformed gas up to an anode entrance temperature by means of heat exchange with anode exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:After methanol and water serving as raw materials are vaporized by a vaporizer 1, they enter a reformation catalyst layer 2 filled in the inner tube out of double tubes of a methanol reformer 11 for achieving reformation action. Reformed gas getting out of the layer 2 enters into a reformation catalyst layer 15 between the outer tube and inner tube, and after reaction, it is preheated up to the entrance temperature of an MCFC anode at a preheating part 3 to get out of the reformer 11 and get into the anode 4. The reformation gas is discharged after power generation in the anode 4. Discharged anode exhaust gas enters an anode exhaust gas heat supply part 5 between the shell and outer tube of the reformer 11 to give a reaction heat to a reaction part. Exhaust part getting out of the reformer 11 is boosted by a blower 28 and burnt in a catalyst combustor 6, and combustion gas is mixed with air from a compressor 9 to get into a cathode 7 for power generation. Cathode exhaust gas is recovered by an expander 8 to be discharged out of the system.
