PURPOSE:To enable speed to be improved as compared with a case without any protruding body by determining a shape of an elastic substrate and the protruding body so that a specific relation can be established by setting a distance from a neutral surface within the elastic substrate to a surface of the elastic substrate to h1, a height of the protruding body to h2, a width between roots of the protruding body to w1, and a width of a root of the protruding body to w2. CONSTITUTION:A distance from a neutral surface within an elastic substrate 101 to a surface of the elastic substrate is set to h1; a height of a protruding body 103 to h2; a width between roots of the protruding body 103 to w1; a width of a root of the protruding body 103 to w2. A vibrating body 104 deflects only at a part where the width if w2. When distortion at this part is set to a value which is within the same breakdown limitation as that without the protruding body 103, an amplitude A' when there is the protruding body 103 is shown by IA'={w1/(w1+w2)} A as compared with an amplitude A without the protruding body 103. Thus, in normal case where a neutral surface position does not change greatly, a speed v1 where there is the protruding body 103 is as shown by an expression IIv0=h1kAomega and an expression IIIv1=(h1+h2)(w1/(w1+w2)kAomega=((h1+h2)/h1)(w1/(w1+w2))v0 as compared with a speed v0 without any traveling body. Therefore, the shape of the elastic substrate 101 and that of the protruding body 103 are determined so that an expression IV ((h1+h2)/ h1)(w1/(w1+w2))>1 may be satisfied. |
