PURPOSE:To simulate a synchronized input by constituting an apparatus in such manner that a synchronizing simulation means determines synchronizing conditions from the magnitude, phase and frequency of voltage at both ends of a transmission line to change a system constitution. CONSTITUTION:The input part 4a of an automatic synchronizing apparatus simulating means 4 inputs the voltage magnitude, voltage phase and voltage frequency of a bus at both ends of an objective line from a condition-storing part 2. When a decision output part 4b compares said inputted voltage, phase and frequency with synchronizing conditions and these conditions are satisfied continuously for a given time, the output part 4b changes the information of an object breaker in the condition-storing part 2 for the purpose of performing the input simulation of the breaker. A system-simulating part 1 changes a system constitution on the basis of the result of the change of the information to simulate the automatic synchronizing apparatus. Thus, a simulation approximating an actual system is made possible. Also, because a synchronizing decision is made at the time of closing the breaker, it is possible to conduct a simulation without making an erroneous input. |
