PURPOSE:To improve fluidity of granular body and pressure propagating capacity and to save degreasing process, etc., by adding liquid additive instead of low viscosity additive of phenol resin, etc., in an injection molding using the granular body. CONSTITUTION:The granular body raw material and the liquid additive are mixed to obtain the mixed raw material. The injection molding is executed to this raw material under high pressurized force and the excess liquid additive is injected outside of a metallic mold to obtain an intermediate molded body. Successively, this intermediate molded body is dried and sintered to obtain a molded body. The liquid additive is made of material containing one or more kinds of alcohol group of methanol, etc., ketone group of acetone, etc., arene group of benzene, etc., alkane group of hexane, etc., and fluorine-containing alkane group and water. By this method, each device for improving the mixing capacity of additive and granular body raw material and heating process and degreasing process of raw material can be omitted, and the strict temp. control becomes unnecessary. |
