<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the moving vector detection by a simple constitution by generating a pulse having pulse width corresponding to the moving vector amount by AND of a first front-edge part pulse and a second back-edge part pulse and AND of a first back-edge part pulse and a second front-edge part pulse. CONSTITUTION:A first front-edge part pulse and a first back-edge part pulse in which one edge part is positioned on both sides of a time position of an edge part in a binarized edge part signal, and also, which have the same pulse width tau are generated, and also, a second front-edge part pulse and a second back-edge part pulse in which each one edge part is positioned in a time position of an edge part of a delay binarized edge part signal, and also, which have the same pulse width tau are generated, and a first pulse having pulse width corresponding to the moving vector amount by AND of a first front-edge part pulse and a second back-edge part pulse, and a second pulse having pulse width corresponding to the moving vector amount by AND of a first back-edge part pulse and a second front-edge part pulse are generated.</p> |
