Cross-country bicycle with steerable front wheel - has no pedals or cranks and is used for downhill sporting competitions

The cross-country bicycle is for use in down hill sporting competitions. It has a frame (1) with a steerable front wheel (14) and at least one rear wheel (18). The frame (10) is fitted with a saddle (34) which is designed to provide freedom of leg movement for the rider and to allow the feet to rest comfortably on the ground. The bicycle has no pedals or cranks nor has it any means of propulsion by using the hands. When descending a hill it has no means of using the feet to aid the descent. USE - Cross-country bicycles.
