The hopper is mounted on a support frame with support wheels (11) to enable it to be moved manually when uncoupled from the tractor. The wheels form support struts (8) and are closely spaced from the centre of gravity so that a min. manual force enables the hopper to be tipped and coupled to the tractor hitch. The hopper is fitted to a spreader attachment on the tractor and when dropped to the ground the stabilising struts are clipped to theframe. When fitted to the tractor the wheels can be swung down.
