Mfr. of prefabricated wall elements involves cutting two associated shell elements used to form the wall faces, mounting the elements at a distance from one another and then filling the gap between the elements. Also claimed is a prefabricated wall element with length and width dimensions corresponding to those of the finished wall. Pref. the outer shell element (1) consists of rigid foam and the inner shell element (2) consists of constructional board pref. with a thin polyurethane foam layer on its inner face.
