PURPOSE:To obtain shoes having a sufficient strength, an excellent flexibility and a good appearance and also making a sufficient faculty of shank, by forming the shoe bottom by an extruded resin and making the outsole, insole, the heel, the shank, etc., as a unit. CONSTITUTION:The shoe bottom 1 is molded with resin 20 injected from the injected resin pass 7 of a heel 2 to make a solid of heel 2, insole 3, shank 5, etc. The protrusion 9 holding the shank supports the shank 5 from the lower side. The shank 5 has an L-shape bent by nearly 90deg. at one end thereof and a central protrusive line 12 is provided longitudinally at the lower side (shoe bottom side). This protrusive line 12 is useful for increase of the strength, improvement of fluidity of the resin, and improvement of cohesiveness mold. The hanging down piece 10 of the short side of the shank is inserted into the insertion hole 8 of the shank. As the injected resin 20 is poured in the insertion hole 8 and cured, the shank 5 and the heel 2 are especially fast bonded. And, the shank 5 is always kept at the position near the middle bottom for the presence of the protrusion 9, and hence, it is not exposed on the surface of the shoe bottom. |
