The eddy layer heating arrangement (1) has an expanding eddy bed (2) together with an expeller/eddy producer (3) and a wall spoiler (4). Within the expeller/eddy producer, sec. air and flue gas are mixed together which leads to a redn. in the emission of harmful gas-form substances, e.g. CO, NOx and SO2. The combinaiton of a wall spoiler with the expeller/eddy producer contributes further to the emission of harmful substances. USE/ADVANTAGE - To reduce the atmospheric content of CO, NOx and SO2.
