摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a production line by forming a primer layer made of specified rubber and extruding this primer layer together with a main body and curing a coated film for flocking in the vulcanization stage of a glass run main body in the case of producing the glass run whose main body is made of EPDM. CONSTITUTION:The glass run main body is made of EPDM (ethylene-alpha-olefine- nonconjugate diene copolymer rubber, e.g. ethylene-propylene-diene three elemental rubber as a representative sample). The glass run is produced by forming a flocking treatment layer in a glass slide part. a primer layer made of blended rubber of NBR, EPDM and SBR or the rubber blended material therof is formed in the glass slide part of the glass run main body. This glass run main body is extruded. Just after extrusion, solventless type urethane coating is applied to the primer layer and the coated film for flocking is formed. Flocking is performed on the coated film for flocking. A flocking treatment layer is formed by curing the coated film for flocking in a vulcanization stage of the glass run main body. By this method, a production line is particularly shortened in comparison with a conventional method.
