PURPOSE:To easily measure blood pressure and a pulse in treatment by mounting the main body and display part of a digital hemomanometer on an existing dental treatment apparatus and arranging the finger cuff of the digital hemomanometer to the forward pard of the armrest of a dental chair. CONSTITUTION:The finger cuff part 1 of a digital hemomanometer is arranged to the armrest part 6 of a dental chair 25 and a measured value is processed by a main body computer 21 to be displayed on a display device 20. A dentist allows a patient to sit down on a dental treatment chair 25 and issues a command for him to pull the knob 5 provided to the forward part of the armrest 6 to draw out a drawer 3 forwardly and allows him to insert his index finger in the finger cuff 1 erected by the pulling of the knob. At this time, the lower part of the finger insertion part of the finger cuff 1 becomes parallel to the upper surface of the armrest 6. Next, the dentist brings down the backrest of the chair 25 rearwardly by a posture controller so that the position of the finger of the patient becomes a level almost same to that of the heart of him to set the same to the optimum position and pushes a measurement start switch to perform automatic measurement to simply obtain an accurate blood pressure measured value.
