PURPOSE:To increase anti-skid function and prevent a road surface from being damaged by disposing respective large, medium, small projecting parts on a tread surface and forming a dimple at the upper surface at least on one side of the respective medium and small projecting parts to make a part of a spherical body projecting from the dimple act as a projection of a spike tire. CONSTITUTION:On the tread surface 10 of a tire T, each large projecting part 1 whose upper face is formed in an approximate octagon each similar medium projecting part 2 and each small projecting part 3 whose upper face is formed in a circle are disposed regularly, and each attracting recessed part 6 is in each space surrounded by them. The upper surfaces of the medium projecting part 2 and small projecting part 3 are provided with dimples 7, in which spherical bodies 8 are fitted so as to rotate. Thus, a turbulent flow is generated in the air which flows between the large projecting parts 1, so that the tread surface 10 fits a road surface, assuring driving stability. Also, a part of the spherical body 8 projecting from the dimple 7 is made to act as the projection of a spike tire. |
