<p>PURPOSE:To accomplish a ceramic marker, which provides semipermanent service, without risk of generating deformation or wear by affixing a transcribed printing to the surface of a marker form-baked object, and hen performing drying, baking and inspection to yield a complete item of ceramic marker. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture ceramic marker, ceramic powder consisting of alumina and/or zirconia and a binder are mixed thoroughly, whereto water is added, followed by agitation to yield a clay form of excessive degree. This clay is granulated, and turned into the marker shape of the desired plate body such as a circle, ellipse, or polygon by use of a machine press. Then, this shaping is baked at a temp. of 1000-1600 deg.C, and a printing transcript paper is affixed to the surface of the baked object, followed by drying, baking and ocular inspection, and thus a complete item of ceramic marker is obtained. As a result, a marker for golf ball position indication is obtained, which is free from risk of shape variation, excels in the wear resistance, and allows semipermanent service.</p> |
