<p>PURPOSE:To make image blur little by changing the timing of a shutter to such an exposing section that predicted image blur quantity becomes small when the predicted image blur quantity in an optional exposing section is larger than an allowable image blur quantity previously set preceding photographing. CONSTITUTION:An image blur quantity arithmetic part 17 arithmetically operates the predicted image blur quantity l or the entire exposing section, and an image blur decision part 19 which receives the predicted image blur quantity l of the entire exposing section compares the quantity l with the allowable image blur quantity (for example, a value smaller than 35 mum diameter of the circle of least confusion) which is previously stored in an allowable image blur quantity storage part 20. When the quantity l is larger than the allowable image blur quantity, the decision part 19 outputs an exposure starting section shift signal Sf to an exposing section decision part 16 so that a 2nd unit section a2 which is delayed, for example, by one unit section (4m s) from a 1st unit section a1 in a 1/4 cyclic section which is decided (or set) at the beginning may be changed to a new exposure starting section n1.
