SYNTHETIC RESIN MADE LOOP CLUTCH

PURPOSE:To prevent a loop clutch body from falling off from a belt fitting body without requiring any assembling work by connecting a bulge part, protrusively provided at the neck part of the loop clutch body, to the belt fitting body by the connecting part of a belt fitting part formed of connecting leg parts, provided with through holes formed at the intermediate part thereof so as to accommodate the bulge part as well as with a space part for fitting the neck part with play, and a connecting/reinforcing rod, and then molding them integrally with synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A small diameter neck part 13 and a bar like bulge part 14 orthogonal to the upper part of the neck part 13 are formed at the base part 3 of a loop clutch body 2, and a pair of leg parts 10 with the base parts thereof connected by a connecting/reinforcing rod 1a are extendedly provided at the belt fitting part of a belt fitting body 1. The leg parts 10 are provided with through holes 12 for fitting the bulge part 14 with play as well as with a space part 11 for fitting the neck part 13 with play in a gap narrower than the width of the belt fitting part, and the belt fitting body 1 and loop clutch body 2 in the connected state are integrally molded with synthetic resin. The leg parts 10 are therefore prevented from being opened outward, so that the loop clutch body 2 is prevented from falling off from the belt fitting body 1 without requiring any assembling work.
