The invention provides compounds of formula (I) <CHEM> wherein at least one of R<1>, R<2> and R<3> is chloro and the others are selected from hydrogen and chloro; and R<4> and R<5> are the same or different and are each alkyl or hydrogen. The compounds may be used for the treatment or prophylaxis of a neurodegenerative of other neurological disorder of the CNS, the aetiology of which includes excessive release of the neurotransmitter glutamate.
