PURPOSE:To make improvement in the adhesiveness between a base and a photosensitive layer by incorporating a polyurethane resin having film formability and the polycondensation product of a diazonium salt into a primer layer. CONSTITUTION:The polyurethane resin having film formability and the polycondensation product of the diazonium salt are incorporated into the primer layer of the waterless PS plate (dampening-waterless planographic printing plate) formed by providing the primer layer, a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer in this order on a base. The strength of adhesion of the base and the primer layer as well as the primer layer and the photosensitive layer is improved in this way. The sufficient adhesion thereof is sufficiently maintained even if the printing plate is developed after image exposing. The excellent image reproducibility is thus obtd. and the resistance of the resulted planographic printing plate to scratching and printing is improved. |
