A cap (10) for dispensing liquids from a container (1) comprising a base portion; means to attach the base (14) portion to a container (1); and an off-center dispenser tip (12) projecting from the base (14) portion and having a passageway (20) extending between an orifice (22) at the distal end of the dispenser tip (12) and the interior underside of the cap (10), the axis of said passageway (20) forming an angle of no greater than 90 DEG with the longitudinal axis of the base (14).
