PURPOSE:To prevent the misidentification of a quantizer due to the induced current mode noise by providing an LPF to a clock input part to eliminate the frequency components higher than the clock frequency of a sampling clock signal. CONSTITUTION:An LPF 2 consists of a resistance 102 and a capacitor 103 and eliminates the high frequency component of the clock signal which is inputted to a D flip-flop 105. Thus it is possible to reduce the current induced by the mutual inductance formed between the wiring patterns provided on a printed board and between the lead wires and the bonding wires of an IC, then to reduce the induced current mode noise supplied to the D input signal of a D flip-flop. As a result, the misidenfication of a quantizer is prevented.
