PURPOSE: To provide a reliable disposable container assembly by providing an access opening in a top front so as to receive disposable articles and also to prevent human hands from entering a container. CONSTITUTION: The housing of a container is formed from a rectangular lower shell 10, a hemispherical top shell 22 is hinged at the top front edge of the rectangular shell 10 by a one-touch hinge 24, and the top 22 is provided with a top front opening 30 of a slender configuration having a circular or elliptical end. When a syringe is inserted into the upper opening so as to be disposed of, its needle extends into the top of the housing and to the left so as to extend downward, and therefore the main body of the syringe is put on a horizontal confining surface 34 and the weight of the syringe overwhelms a balance weight, tilting a confining member in such a way that the syringe is cast into the container, and at the same time, causing the confining surface 40 to move forward to cover the opening 30 so as to prevent hands or the like from being inserted for the purpose of removing articles from the container. As a result, a reliable disposable container assembly can be obtained. |
