<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a sheet of high strength easy to handle by composing the same of a core material formed with laminated films used for powder on one face of pulp nonwoven cloth through high water absorbing resin powder, water permeating films laminated on the pulp nonwoven cloth side of the core material and waterproof films laminated on the side of film used for powder. CONSTITUTION:A water absorbing sheet for wrapping is composed of a core material 4 composed of films 3 used for powder laminated on one face of pulp nonwoven cloth 1 through high water absorbing resin powder 2, water permeating films 5 laminated on the side of pulp nonwoven cloth 1 of said core material 4 and waterproof films 6 laminated on the side of the films 3 used for powder of the core material 4. Respective layers are integrated by laminating to prevent respective layers from sliding each other to increase the strength of the whole of the sheet. The pulp nonwoven cloth 1 is nonwoven cloth of water permeating pulp fiber and paper for conventional use can be used. As for the high water absorbing resin powder 2, the powder composed of an acrylic polymer to which zeolite and starch are added is preferable. As for the film 3 used for powder, for example, a thermoplastic resin film such as polyethylene or the like for general use is used.</p> |
