PURPOSE:To improve dimensional accuracy, accuracy of shape, surface flatness, etc., by injection molding a compsn. comprising an arom. polycarbonate resin compsn., a specific zinc oxide whisker, and a glass fiber and/or a carbon fiber. CONSTITUTION:An arom. polycarbonate resin having a viscosity-average mol.wt. of 15000-30000 is compounded with a thermoplastic resin, an elastomer, a flame retardant, etc., according to requirements, to give an arom. polycarbonate resin compsn. 50-92wt.% said compsn. is compounded with 3-40wt.% zinc oxide whisker, and 5-40wt.% glass fiber and/or carbon fiber and the resulting compsn. is injection-molded. Each particle of the zinc oxide whisker comprises a nuclear part and a needle crystal part extending from the nuclear part along the directions of four different axes; the diameter of the base of the needle crystal part is 0.3-14mum, and the length of it from the base to the top is 3-200mum. |
