PURPOSE:To form light-beam direction control plates having smooth surfaces with size precision, by using a pattern of many transparent layers made of photosensitive resin cured by light and a pattern of colored layers adjoining to them. CONSTITUTION:Light-beam direction control plates 200a and 200b are composed of a pattern wherein many transparent layers 1a and 1b made of photosensitive resin cured by light are arrayed in a beltlike or circular island shape, and colored resin layers 2a and 2b. The layers 1a and 1b may be in an island pattern like a triangle and a rectangle, or in other shapes. For the manufacture of the said control plates 200a and 200b, a transparent photosensitive resin layer having uniform thickness is exposed through a light shielding pattern consisting of many beltlike patterns, etc., and after unset parts are removed, colored resin layers having nearly equal thickness are only provided. |
