PURPOSE:To enable uniform coating in a short time and to improve color development performance by mixing a first powder composed essentially of a kind of color developing agent with a second power composed essentially of another kind of a color developing agent and to be electrostatically charged reversely in polarity to the first powder. CONSTITUTION:The toner is obtained by mixing the first powder composed essentially of a kind of color developing agent with the second powder to be charged reversely in polarity to the first powder and composed essentially of another kind of color developing agent by stirring both in the inside of a toner case 43. Both powders are apart from each other in the lectrification series and they are effectively charged to both polarities. At that time, alternating voltage is applied to the conductive layer of a capsule sheet 33 and the color developing toner 44 is allowed to float toward the sheet 33 by the alternating electric field formed between a carrying roller 41 and the sheet 33, thus permitting uniform coating to be carried out in a short time with superior coating efficiency. |
